1. Agreement to Terms & Service Operator
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”, or “you”) and RawCanvas (“RawCanvas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator and business provider of the website and web application located at https://rawcanvas.ai and the RawCanvas Icons studio (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, or by purchasing a subscription plan or credit pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Description of Service & Deliverables
RawCanvas is an online creative software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform whose vector design studio, RawCanvas Icons, enables designers, developers, and teams to generate cohesive, editable cubic Bézier SVG vector icons and multi-icon sets (1×1 single icons as well as 3×3, 4×4, 5×5, and 6×6 icon grids) from text prompts, slot plans, or reference images. Generated deliverables can be inspected, recolored live, and downloaded immediately in production formats including SVG, React JSX, PNG, PDF, EPS, WebP, ICO, and complete ZIP archives.
3. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing (Paddle.com)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited and Paddle.com Inc.). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all of our paid orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and payments, calculates and remits applicable sales tax/VAT/GST, issues tax invoices, and handles payment returns and chargebacks.
When you purchase a subscription or credit pack on RawCanvas, your purchase transaction is also governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.
4. Pricing, Subscriptions, Credit Packs & Usage Rules
Current pricing and plan specifications are published transparently on our Pricing Page:
- Free Starter Credits: New registered accounts receive 3 free Fast Credits upon sign-up so you can test the studio before purchasing.
- Flat Credit Consumption Rate: Every Fast generation consumes 1 Fast Credit regardless of grid size (from a 1×1 single icon up to a 6×6 set of 36 icons). Active PRO and MAX subscribers also have access to Unlimited Relax Mode at 0 Credits per generation.
- Monthly Subscription Plans (30-Day Cycle): We offer three recurring monthly tiers: BASIC ($9 USD/month — 120 Fast Credits), PRO ($24 USD/month — 350 Fast Credits + Unlimited Relax Mode), and MAX ($49 USD/month — 800 Fast Credits + 2× Simultaneous Unlimited Relax Mode). Subscription credits refresh every 30-day billing period and are consumed first before any Extra Credit Packs.
- Extra Credit Packs (12-Month Validity): We offer one-time top-up packs: Boost 80 ($10 USD — 80 Fast Credits), Boost 200 ($22 USD — 200 Fast Credits), and Boost 500 ($49 USD — 500 Fast Credits). Extra Credit Packs remain valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase and are only deducted after your monthly subscription credits reach zero.
- Automatic Failure Credit Refund: If any icon generation job fails to complete due to a technical or server error, 100% of the deducted credit for that job is automatically refunded to your studio credit balance.
5. Subscription Cancellations & 14-Day Refund Policy
Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no penalty via the “Manage Subscription” link in your Paddle receipt email, through paddle.net, or by emailing support@rawcanvas.ai. Canceling stops all future recurring charges while preserving any 12-month Extra Credit Packs in your wallet.
14-Day Refund Guarantee & Statutory Consumer Rights: In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws (including the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for EU, EEA, UK, and Swiss consumers), you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase transaction by contacting support@rawcanvas.ai or Paddle Buyer Support at paddle.net. 6. Commercial License & Intellectual Property
Your Generated Icons: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free Commercial License to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute all vector icons and icon sets (SVG, PDF, EPS, PNG, WebP, ICO, JSX) you generate on RawCanvas. You may embed and ship generated icons in commercial software, SaaS products, websites, mobile applications, print publications, marketing materials, and client deliverables without attribution.
Platform IP: The RawCanvas platform, website design, software code, vectorization models, and brand marks remain the exclusive property of RawCanvas.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use RawCanvas to:
- Generate unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or intellectual-property infringing content.
- Submit malicious scripts, phishing payloads, or automated denial-of-service / scraping requests against our API or generation workers.
- Abuse free trial credits through automated multi-account creation or fraudulent payment instruments.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we maintain automated failover and instant in-app credit refunds for any failed generation job, RawCanvas makes no warranties that AI-generated outputs will meet every specialized legal or trademark requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RawCanvas's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
