How many icons can I generate with one credit?
One Fast credit covers a single icon or a matching set of 9, 16, 25, or 36 icons. Any set size costs the same.
When do credits expire?
Monthly plan credits refresh every 30 days. Credits from Boost packs are valid for 12 months and are used after your monthly plan credits run out.
How does Relax mode work?
Pro and Max subscribers can select Relax in Icon Studio to queue generations for zero Fast credits, even when their monthly Fast credits run out. Pro supports one Relax queue and Max supports two.
How do billing, cancellations, and refunds work?
Paddle handles payments and invoices. You can cancel from your Paddle receipt or by contacting support. See our refund policy for the 14-day refund window and failed generation credits.
